Perform each exercise for exactly 30 seconds, quickly change to the next, rest for 90 seconds when you have completed all six.  Complete six rounds:

Atlas squats
Military presses with two kettlebells
Pull-ups
Jumping barbell squats
Incline push-ups
Explosive lunges
