Hsing-I Chuan

Hsing-I Chuan (loosely translated as Form-Mind Boxing) is a rare style of Chinese internal martial art that relies on developing and manifesting five energies in a continuous interconnected flow.  These five energies (called the five phases in Chinese) relate to the internal organs.  The regular practise of Hsing-I is known to produce vibrant health, a strong flexible body and a ferocious will.  Have a look at a practitioner in his 80s expressing this style with the beauty and vigour of a much younger man and judge for yourself.
