How do we do this?

By designing a programme based around the natural movements of the body and adding sufficient intensity to promote positive change in the individual.  Everyone can cobble together a few exercises, but programme design is where real health and fitness gains are made.  We take care of the design.  All you have to do is turn up and take part.

Why Use the Body?

Bodyweight movements provide the most accessible strength tools in existence.  A progressive, intelligent programme of bodyweight movements can revolutionise your relationship with yourself, causing you to see your body in a healthy positive frame of mind.  Once started on bodyweight training you’ll always want to include it in any fitness programme you develop.  Importantly training with your own body gives you an unparalleled skill set that allows you to access elite training at any time in any place.  On top of using bodyweight we also use a select number of tried and tested tools to develop a elite strength and endurance base including barbells, pull-up bars etc.  The primary tool used here are kettlebells.  Read here for more...

Will I Lose Weight?

Yes.  Our programme brings dramatic changes in body composition.  That means less fat, a more sculpted physique and importantly that extra spring in your step that lets you really engage physically in life.  For those who find it difficult to lose weight (or alternately those who are hard weight gainers) we also provide a nutritional programme based on the leading scientific evidence currently availible.

Is it Suitable for both Men and Women?

Yes. Our clients are mixed and both sexes equally enjoy the training.  Both groups come together for the Friday team sessions.

Getting Started

Because we realise that training once a week produces little if any results, our programme offers you a choice of seven unique workouts per week.  We recommend a minimum of three training sessions interspersed with a rest day for complete beginners.  Otherwise attend as many as you like:

Workout of the Day:

If you are unable to attend a workout for any reason logon to check out the Workout of the day.  These are posted three times a week on the web and can be complete in your office or home, generally using little or no equipment.  For more advanced trainers, these WODs can be used as additional workouts to further their strength & conditioning gains.

Nutritional Programme:

This programme provides the nutritional support for your training.  Whether you want to lose weight or put on muscle, the advice provided in our members area will help.  It's drawn from the leading nutritional information currently availible and will help prevent injury, reduce inflammation, speed recovery, reduce fatigue and stabilise blood chemistry to increase concentration and elevate mood.
